30th Street Studios

30th Street Studios in NoMad is a hidden neighborhood treasure. The lofty white space — boasting 13-foot ceilings, blackout capabilities, and eight-foot tall windows — is a great spot for photo and video shoots. Acoustically sound and well-equipped for creative needs, the full-service penthouse studio is available for independent production or to work in tandem with owner Jon Moe, an acclaimed photographer and cinematographer.

Moe brings a sensible approach to his work, aiming to provide his clients with images that will help accelerate sales. Whether art directing or simply weighing in with expert advice, Moe’s talents bring A-level results to his loyal clientele. His work has appeared on the pages of Elle, Glamour, National Geographic, Bride’s magazines, and he is the go-to and creative for some of the most iconic global brands, including Givenchy, Cynthia Rowley, and Bloomingdale’s. He has also produced ad spots and sizzle reels for Eden Roc Hotel, Allure Brides, and Arbonne perfume.

When Moe heard about NOMAD Magazine, he picked up his camera and headed to the roof to grab shots of his beloved neighborhood. Appointments to view the space can be booked through the 30th Street Studios website.
